A: This platform uses state of the art security and encryption that is HIPAA compliant. No data is ever recorded or stored.
Q: What type of equipment will I need?
A: To have a video session, all you need is a computer or mobile device with a good internet connection.
Q: Do I need to download an app?
A: There are no downloads, no account registrations, and no passwords (thank goodness)! All you need to do is follow the instructions in the picture above or click "Start a telemedicine call. You will be linked to the virtual waiting room.
Q: What do I need to connect for an online appointment?
